Xen Nhà is a documentary maker and artist. They grew up on unceded Kulin Lands (Melbourne) Australia.

 

Sound stirs our imagination and Xen Nhà works with it as a way to invite people to imagine that another world is possible. They freelance in audio and podcast production; produced radio documentaries 27 (2018), Remotely Intimate (2016) and We Weren't Born Yesterday (2015); and has ran creative sound workshops locally and internationally. They were a Collaborative Studio Fellow at UnionDocs 2019/2020 (NYC).

 

They are the founder and curator of Red Pocket Press, a project honouring queer lunar new year through zines, food and gatherings.
